Thank you for coming out to our January activity with Katie Nydegger "New Year - Better You!" We learned to have grace for ourselves as we sent intentions for ourselves. It was a wonderful message, and we loved visiting after while we enjoyed delicious soups. Here are the recipes of the soups!
Tortilla Soup (Kathy Oldroyd)
1 1/4 lb chicken seasoned with salt and pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup picante sauce
8oz frozen corn
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/3 cup chicken broth
Shredded cheese
Tortilla strips
Put chicken, picante, sauce, corn, beans, chicken broth, soup and cumin in crockpot. Cook 4 hours on high
Add cheese and cilantro
Toppings, tortillas, and any other you would like.

Semi- homemade Chili🌶️(Debbie Gustaffson)
1 sweet yellow onion diced and sautéed in a little olive oil
1 lbs ground beef browned and drained
1 12 once can diced tomatoes
2 cans Stagg original chili
Mix all together and heat in a crock pot
Salt and pepper
Chili powder to taste
Pinch of garlic
